The 2014-2015 Kaisthana Samithi of Dubai Mar Thoma Parish, Jebel Ali entrusted lay leaders including Mr. John C Abraham (Abey) to study the possibility of forming a new Parish at Holy Trinity Church as the number of worshipers was increasing.

If the Holy Trinity Church authorities arranges a visa for a clergy, a Vicar will be sent to the new parish. This was the decision of the Synod in Agenda No. 17 of the Synod No 1/2019 (February 19, 2019)
