It is the youth wing of our Church.  The Mar Thoma Yuvajana Sakhyam was organized with a view to help the youths of the our Church to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour; to train in worship and the fellowship of Christian life; to participate in the mission of the Church; to have faith in Christian values; to organize and conduct camps, meetings, discussions to increase the knowledge and experience of youth in the Holy Bible, church's faith and practice.

The Mar Thoma Senior Citizens Fellowship has been recognized begun its activities with the objectives of assisting in the mental, spiritual, moral and cultural growth, empowerment and physical healing of the senior citizens of the Church, ensuring fellowship, cooperation and comfort to all senior citizens in the Church and society and to keep them in the mainstream of society, equipping them to carry out Christian witness in the family, parish and Church and to participate in worship, church services and proclamation of the Word of God. Members of the Senior Citizens Fellowship share their experiences and acquired moral values with the new generation by proclaiming the ways in which God has led them

Trinity Mar Thoma Parish Choir works under the aegis of the Department of Sacred Music and Communications of the Mar Thoma Church. The Motto of the Mar Thoma Church Choir is “Lighted to Lighten”. This motto reflects the church's belief that members should help others and spread the light of Jesus Christ. Major Objectives include Organize, co-ordinate and equip the parish choirs in their mission as worship leaders through Sunday visits, weekend training programs and other retreats and seminars. Role of choir in leading worship is to help our congregation sing together and experience the presence of God.

The Sunday School Samajam's mission is to help children grow in their Christian faith and fellowship. Trinity Mar Thoma Sunday Schools teach students about the Bible, Christian values, and Mar Thoma traditions. They also help students learn how to live in a community and respect others.

The objective of our Trinity Mar Thoma Church Parish Mission is that every member of the Church should be a witness to Jesus Christ, whatever his occupation may be. The spiritual renewal in the Church, which was the offspring of reformation has created a yearning in believers to present the Gospel to others. It was realized that this could not be fully achieved by the services of a few full-time evangelists. On the other hand, every member of the Church should be a missionary filled with such joy and assurance of salvation as to be Christ’s witness to those who come into contact with him, irrespective of one’s profession in secular life. Parish Mission is a unit of the Mar Thoma Voluntary Evangelists Association based in every parish of the Church. Those who volunteer to be members of the Association meet together in each parish at least once a week for fellowship, intercessory prayer, Bible study, and sharing experiences.
